Most useless service! After paying Rs.6089.00 for international documents booked from Baner Pune for US on 21st, their tracking system still shows "In transit at Mumbai" when I started chat with their so called expert, they ask to pay one dollar! Horrible...Hope my papers reach the destination in time

DHL service is a best service I receive my parcel in 4 days and it's such a imaging service.

If you people are tired, you should just close up rather than this incompetence Charge more and refuses to deliver, close to a month I have not receive the package they said will be 5days, DHL is a fraud.

The poorest service! I paid extra to deliver the parcel on time and they charged the recipient as well to receive the parcel. But even now they haven’t received the parcel!
