KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Twice the customer service person has hung up on me. No details on when my shipment will be delivered even after my confidential data was asked for and uploaded.

Very poor service because my corrier is wrong delivered

Package didnt come on time. My package had to be sign for so i made sure i stayed home the rest of the day. when the van finnaly came the lady didnt even bring out my package but a little note that said we missed you even thought she still hasnt even rang the door bell or knocked. I had to personaly come out and go get my package or else they wouldnt have gave it to me.

Problems everywhere in this system.

Poor service said parcel delivered but was delivered to a town south of here at no fixed address. Entered tracking number and told me number has not been entered in there system. Certainly is a mystery when they said it was delivered with the tracking number I received a few weeks back

What kind of a parcel location is this! Says delivered but not to me. Shows a map. How about just telling me where and when will I get my package.

I did not receive my parcel

6 days sitting only 100 miles into the destination. Was suppose to be in Spain at destination by now but shows at my home state in Ny. Only 100 miles from where I sent it. Only 4000 miles to go. Dhl you suck. I paid $85 for a letter package to be at the destination today and you only made it 100 miles so far in 6 days. I want my money back.
