Expensive and very bad service

Good But Not Good..(.........?)

This is the worst possible tracking software. No where it shows the status of the parcel. There is no way of knowing where the parcel is and when it will get delivered. Who wants a map? All we want is the stages of the delivery process and the position of the parcel in the process.

It’s been 2 months and half and still didn’t receive it and I paid express money very disappointed

Didn't receive either my parcel or any information regarding it

We are concerned about the inordinate delay in customs clearance.When I call helpline they say they said they've sent email!One does not keep chedkind email every 5 minutes!!If there is any urgent information needed to be given or clarification made by receipant of package as to the contents then DHL must give an urgent call,not wait for email responses!! This is total complacency shown by DHL!!! We are still waiting for the small package,0.1 kg,to be delivered!!

Buen Servicio, satisfecha con la entrega

This is 3 times they said my package was delivered. I still have not received it. My customer service is just as bad! Do not recommend these people. EVER!

Custmor care response was very quick and informative

The package arrived, but there some items missing. It's very very bad service. This is the last time for me with DHL.

We waited whole day but delivery came when we stepped out and I don’t know why it couldn’t have been left at the front door or in the mailbox?
