Worst service. Only have one 800. And techs are too stupid to care forvl business. Driver came in day I was at Dr office in Abilene tx and not home in Brownwood TX. Driver left a flier . Said he would be back the next day. DHL lied to me I stayed home all day waiting. Second day was no show. Called to make sure it would come today. It's a urgent package. Today is day three. Thursday. Can't tell the shipping status. DHL tracking sucks.. Phone system sucks.

Very worst I never find this type of problems To receive my goods they are asking us to please. We paid for your services, And parcel has to be deliver on 17th but not yet received. Please dont choose DHL

Allways happy with your service, but this time not happy because insted of Sidney package goes Melbourne causes delay some eating items wasted.

I'm still waiting. I was home all day Noone came to my door today. Requested redelivery for 7/25/24. DHL has always been incompetent. Well see if anyone shows up tomorrow.?,,,????

Worst company ever, I cannot rate low enough. Every time something I have ordered has DHL as courier its nothing but problems. To make matters worse YOU gotta pay them before you can contact them. Pure scam

Worst service ever. Every single time I order something and DHL is the courier service I cringe. Takes way too long to deliver and sits in warehouse for 5 days or more AFTER it has cleared customs. Qorrh repeating this is the worst company avoid them at all costs
