For a week now I’ve not received my parcel ,whilst it takes 3 business day to arrive but still not in yet

first time using this company to ship international, and must I say I do not regret! great service and fast delivery especially since its INTERNATIONAL! thank you guys, will for sure recommend y'all.

They are fraud..avoid them

Worst company ever. Packers never arrive on time. I don’t understand ent they are still in business.

So far my experience has been dismal, a packaged being sent to me has been delayed, now it is on hold with customs, no communication from either DHL or Customs to advise me that either a valuation of the package is required or a payment is needed. I called on Thursday to ask if there was anything I needed to do and was advised there was no action required on my part. Clearly wrong information. Now the government staff and DHL are all on a long weekend holiday. Not great.

As always it’s late or never shows up. Still waiting it’s four days late now.

Please don't go for DHL. Very poor

Service is very poor and the delivery is delayed if they say three working days for delivery means you have add another five working days .

Firstly I am highly disappointed in the import duty / tax payment is very high and second delay in delivery . I also notice the customer service find it difficult to respond back to a mail when the issue has been settled they just do what the want to do and you keep wondering if they say your mail or the issue has been resolved

this delivery is always slow, they never attempt anywhere and then just leave, they tried taking my package last time and had the nerve to say no one was home when they tried to deliver it but never did, DO NOT use this company to deliver your stuff, they always take forever i was supposed to get my item 2 days ago and still don’t have it now

I have used many companies to send and receive couriers but DHL is the fastest company. Before the commit date, they deliver the items. Always prefer to DHL.

I will not use this company again. They are too slow for delivery. When my parents send me the staff the company said I will got my staff with in 3 days but it’s more than a week now and I don’t got my staff still now. I don’t recommend to use this company again
