Been waiting since 6-4 for my delivery. Paid good money for delivery also and this company is sooo slow. Never again.

I ordered my package the first of June and I have not received it yet, this is terrible service and I will never use them again!

I have found DHL to be amazingly fast with Shipments from China or Hong Kong to the USA. Their tracking site has far too many adds and distractions, but they can get the job done fast.

i’m very disappointed about dhl service, i ship a gift to my family located in germany and agent charged me $403.27 see the tracking number 5344778445 shipped to me ghanem Bashirromezy and when shipment arrived i germany mr granem was informed to pay additional €300 and some change extra to be released from the German customs, but the agent in usa told me my payment is cover the customs fee and this misleading and i’m very upset and this is big mistake, please take time and resolve this issue.

i shiped a box to germany from usa and agent charged me $403.27 after ten percent discount and i was told this amount is included the customs fee now in germany customs want to charge an extra fee of 300 Euros to releases the shipment, and this not normal and is misleading ,i will appreciate someone looking into this situation, and respond to why cost

Why does it take so long for DHL to deliver parcels?

Not a good service. I have been waiting since 3 days. In transit but not delivered yet. Could have given - if I have choice

I didn't get my package I'm jumping through hoops to find where the hell it is and I didn't ask for me to sign for my package also when I'm talking to customer service and I don't respond right away I get a warning also rudeness on top of what I'm going through WHERES MY PACKAGE

I did not receive my pallet. And you show that it is delivered. Please help me find my parcel.

This shipping company is a joke and NEVER delivers packages. I knew when I saw the carrier was DHL that the package would never come. Buyer beware!!!!
