I’ve used DHL all along and items have been delivered well before anticipated date of delivery . For this latest parcel it was 4 days earlier than the expected date .

Very bad service. I was at home waiting for my order, but they sent me a message that they came and there was nobody at home. Meanwhile I was home all through. They lied. I am still waiting, this is another day

Very bad service. I am in my home and waiting for my package and suddenly I got message that no one at home. I tried to msg them and called again but no response. Could you please help me to get my parcel

Very poor service & they lied saying I was not home while I waited the whole day. I also contacted DHL for pick up but still my parcel is no where to found for the 3 days now.

This is the third time that I have use my rewards points for these gift cards and never received them. I want to know why they take away when I get the rewards. You need to ship my four gift cards as soon as possible. You are the worst postal carrier that I have ever seen

The service is not good enough because the arrival time and date mansion 10 june 2024 but parcel is still on way.
