Worst service ever would give a 0 but I have to give a 1 they took 2 WEEKS TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE like HELLO?? long story short DHL absolutely sucks.

Worst and bad system, They kept parcel and asking for unwanted documents for delivery. while other couriers are doing user friendly.

What a sorry company to deal with!! I will NEVER ship another package through DHL, and I'll discourage anyone else from doing so as well. Worst service. So much formalities. You will have to fulfill same formality again and again.

The service in Tunisia is very very bad, the parcel ( very important)has arrived 4 days, and the service in Tunisia didn’t bring yet , very frustrating and knowing this is not the first time .

My package was delivered on May 28 from FL to Passau, Ger., paid extra to arrive on 5/31/24! Now on 6/5/24 my package is "on hold" somewhere in Germany. It's a medical device that I desperately need and they're not willing to work with me! They've never even tried to get hold of me either!

Another wasted day relying on the customer service reps to get the delivery time correct. I HAVE to remember NOT to ship with DHL. seriously.

Absolutely insane at the shipping of my product. Destination is close to guadalajara, mexico coming from L.A. Now on what level does it even make sense to send my shipment to GUATEMALA FIRST, then sent to guadalajara. It's been there 3 days, still waiting on item. Every time I order something and end ups wirh DHL as carrier It's a damn mess
