DHL has been shipping a package from Germany to the US for 15 days now. FedEx package on the other were received in 4 days from the exact same place. DHL tracking provided Zero information. Customs indicated when my package was released back to DHL and has been stagnant for 7 days. No movement. Just sitting waiting for DHL to decide to send it. Going forward, prior to a purchase, I will inquire who the shipper is. If it’s DHL I’ll need to purchase somewhere else. Don’t believe me, try to call DHL. Good luck and you better pack a Lunch! Service not satisfied at all

I have chipmunks at the circus perform in a much more coordinated manner and less projectile feces than the operations of this company. Package was shipped from Pakistan (05/15/2024) with a (hopeful) destination of Houston, TX. On 05/27/2024, I get a text message from DHL stating estimated delivery on 05/31. On 05/31, after not receiving the package, I tried the tracking number again. The parcel was marked return to Sender on 05/27, the same day I was given a delivery estimate. Every attempt (online, email, call) has been a runaround, up until I was directed to a screen within the DHL website requesting credit card information for a monthly membership ($47/mon) to get actual, real tracking data. DHL is just another scam. Use at your own risk.

They deliver my package but im not home because im at work can you deliver today by 4pm if possible

The package was delivered at wrong address. Instead of 2106 River Trail Melissa it got delivered to 2106 Ranwood Mellisa. This is happening for 2nd time.

They delivered my package to the wrong address and it was tampered with and I had to wait another week to receive the tamper product

3331999031 tracking number It shows that consignment delivered to Kolkata. But address is Chandannagar, Hooghly,West Bengal. I have not received consignment till date.

Parcel booked from Goa to USA on last Friday not yet recd by d addressee.

DHL is a mess. A package from the UK to New Zealand was held in customs for over a week and still is. I supplied all the necessary information to DHL right when they asked (importer code, ID, etc). Then nothing for days. Finally they asked for it again which I supplied. Now they are charging me for bonded storage days because of the mess up. I tried to dispute it and got nowhere so I just paid it so that I can finally get the package. We will see what happens now. I won’t use DHL again.
