The customer care person is very indecisive and rude they asked to make a payment on an apk and started talking rudely on the customer care number I am still not able to track my parcel and connect with the team

I have to receive parcel with tracking number 9232208160 and its showing in Bangalore since 5 days and still I have not received very bad experience

I had a package paid for express shipping and it has been 7 days now and I have nothing, tracking number is AT391260814CN, and I can't find it, you all need to get my package to me and let me no where it is.

Very good service. But too much expenses increased. And take double sides charges.

The worst service ever! You need to have a better communication means with your drivers and agents. Your live agent spoke same as the robot! They don't listen they don't solve the situation they talk something over and over. So annoying unprofessional

How are you idiots still in business? All I see are people getting screwed by you guys. Like are you an actual business or just some big scam? Do everyone a favor and find a new avenue to take your business or just quit altogether because it’s clear package delivery is too complicated for you morons.

I placed an order on May 4th and to date it has not arrived even when they say it was delivered. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER and my address is correct on order. Poor service. Tracking # is AT375418712CN. Please look into this.
