Very bad service at collection point copy of id not taken holded for verification then realised which travelled all the the world then came to Mumbai. From british columbia to ontario to franfurt to cinncinnati to london then mumbai Posted on 26 september Which was supposed to be delivered on 1 oct was delivered on 5 october. People use courier service for quick service. Its nonsense. Mental stress

Disappointed with dhl. Very slow service. Booked in express priority category on 30/9/24. I was told it would reach in 4 days. But now the estimated date given on dhl site is 7th October. Utter disappointment.

I'm very disappointed with the service with DHL! I received an email notifying me that my order was delivered to the reception desk. It was to go to Suite 60 and it is NO WHERE in this building!!!

I paid for dhl express for 3 days from Lagos but got my package in 13 days. Very poor service.

Worst experience parcel sent on 16th sep and I was informed will reach within 5 days also extra 3000 duty charges taken inspire of that its now more than 13 days and still not reached. Worst service complete waste of time and money and mental pressure. Very bad experience

Good service for dhl my parcel is delivered in 3 working days I very happy for service I suggested guys use the dhl courier services.

The company needs to do better

There is two parcel bag which I received one of them and I didn't get my another bag , also I didn't get any email or response on the side of DHL parcel It was my first time experience. I don't like these services because I have some urgent documents in my bag It delivered 27 August 2024 and one of my luggage I received on 3 September 2024 but still I didn't receive my another bag.????

Never recieved my package. And I can't talk to a person enless I pay money.

Bad service. Went to get my package and they took it. Now it’s 3 weeks late haven’t gotten it since keep talking to customer service they told me to wait.
