DHL reviews

So far - DHL is the WORST. It’s 10:pm, I got an up date at 7:31 saying it’s on the way. This is after an email say it would be here between 6:&8:pm. So I started watching the real time ‘courier’ icon: it’s been in the same spot for almost two hours! I’m furious! I believe my courier has gone to bed. And my delivery from Scotland is NOT signature free! I’m aghast at such shoddy service.

Delivery to the UK in two days - excellent

This is the worst carrier they keep delivering packages to wrong address it’s happened several times and I can’t talk to anyone to find out where the package is

This is definitely the worst service! No person to talk to and no info about why it took 9 days to be delivered.

Very poor service at moga IHad given some things 10 September to mga team for canada.They send to Delhi11 sept but I am not finding where my parcel when I track the parcel shows in Delhi today 15 sept the parcel have not reached Canada yet

Worst service. Wrong commitment. Ad per commitment parcel delivery days were 4/5. But it took 15 days but parcel not received. Nobody cares. Staff never take interest to solve issue. Never recommend DHL

Very poor service at Faridkot. They are charging hefty amounts. Their behaviour is irresponsible. A parcel sent to Canada on 24.09.2024, till today dated 14.09.2024 they are not even giving tracking
