DHL mail is the worst experience with shipping I've ever had, my package has been in Atlanta in customs since May 14th,2024, and I've had no updates, can't talk to a live person, only chat rooms, this is terrible customer service, package came from Germany in 4 days and sitting in customs in Atlanta since May 14th, 4 months , that's ridiculous

Parcel reached before time ...great service but bit expensive

I booked a parcel to US on 05.09.24 after afternoon through DHL courier service. It reached the destination (house) by 2.40 pm on Monday. All the contents are in tact and safe. Thanks for your excellent service.

Dhl is such a low grade company . I wish i can give them a negative 100. No rules no policies . Dont trust this company ever very rubbish . If u want to bring something from far just go with some other company not them. They delayed my parcel worth 400 cad . All items are eatable and placed to kept in cool temperature but i will make sure i will sue them and get my refund back . Big idiots dhl

Since July 18, 2024 waiting for a small 2kg package to be delivered from Melbourne Australia. Stalled in the Ontario Service Area. Numerous calls with no solution with "Certifed International Specialists ". Would give this company totally minus rating!!

Wish I could leave less than a 0, I changed from a different carrier to get the part a week earlier but it still hasn’t arrived. DHL is the worse sh:t show going.

Reliable Good quick but expensive service

Very bad service. Didn't yet received the parcel. Shipment done on 24 th September.
