0 stars they said they came to my house for delivery on September 4 which they did not come here i finally talk to somebody on the 5 them saying I would have to pick up ! I paid 300.00 for shipment I said they needed to deliver he said it would be delivered on the 6 now they telling me the 10 WTF VERY PISSED OFF

As promised delivered parcel within 2 days to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from Kolkata

The parcel was received in San Francisco for delivery to San Jose on 1/9/24 and kept it in facility center for 4 days without delivery so what is the use of sending parcel in time from India. Very disappointing service from DHL. We send parcel for our children in USA but DHL keeps it without delivery for 4 days is unacceptable in any situation. This is not expected from international services like DHL. Very frustrating situation.
