Terrible service, here it is August 23rd, my package according to tracking has been in Atlanta,Ga since May 14th, still has not arrived, probably lost, don't really know, I personally would never use DHL, you can't ever talk to a representative, it's all chat rooms, they just keep you running in circles, not sure how they stay in business.

vary bad service..when i ask in how much days my parcel reached tell to me 4 to 5 days nd chrge extra but parcel is deliverd in 10 days

My shipment of Rakhi was supposed to reach me on Friday 16 th Aug after I updated my changed address on Thursday 15 th Aug.I have a confirmation letter from DHL. But it reached me today on 20th AUG and RAKHI festival was on 19 th Aug. Very PATHETIC NO REASON GIVEN FOR DELAY NO APOLOGY NO COMPENSATION FOR THEIR WRONG DOING. NO STAR AT ALL

Parcel should be delivered on 19/8/2024 but no response soo bad experience now parcel is not updated on website

My parcel booked on 14 Aug 2024 not tracing till 20 Aug 2024 at 2030 hrs. Showing msg that parcel is not registered yet!!
