There should be a Zero rating.. Why do you guys accept a parcel when you can not deliver to certain pin codes eg 444901. This is happening every time, your agents asks to collect from there office, that too with such an arrogance.. a.holes. do not accept if you can't deliver.

Worst service. I will never send any documents with DTDC. Inspite of charging huge amount it takes lots of time to deliver. Post office is better than DTDC.

The worst courier service ever. It should close down. Is it a Door to Door Courier ? The agent telling to me to collect my parcel from a place which is about 10 minutes walk from my place and Laxmi, the agent can't walk that distance as it's raining but expects a senior lady citizen to go there to get the pre paid parcel. Such audacity ! Also she was very rude. I stay in Darjeeling. Some punishment should be given to her.

My parcel has reached Fort branch since 3rd Jul’24 and till now that parcel is not getting picked up for transportation to thane. Pathetic service by DTDC.

I booked from rewa on 1 July 24 for Gwalior but now till date didn't receive also showing tracking wrong information ITS TOTALLY FAKE SERVICE I suggest to all customers never suggest for this dtdc

Very poor service after been paid for Air shipment , it will be normal delivery, very slow
