Packet sent on 04.05.2024 to Gurgaon not yet delivered while I was assured to be delivered on 06.05.2024. status shows out for delivery at 1.17 p.m. Shameful!!

Actually today should deliver my product but I didn't get any call from courier so kindly deliver in time it's already late

Product dispatched from irinjalakuda on 27/04/2024 to Chennai.But still not received.when I try to track ,it is showing that product is reached at pallikarnai

I received 3 days message that out for but not delivered, one deleveryboy called and refused to come in my location. In the evening when I checked my amozon account there showing product has delivered rate now.I haven't received my product how can I give review.

This parcel service is one of the worst. The parcel is showing out for delivery from last 5 days. After calling their Senior Executive saying his name is Rahul is saying u pay extra five rupees and I'll deliver ur parcel, On asking y to pay extra charges he is giving bad words.

Dispatched on April16 but still not received

The site says it’s delivered on 2 nd May but they didn’t receive any courier in Ernakulam.how is it possible.very bad experience

From irinjalakuda DTDC I have recieved a bad experience...that they delayed my courier and also they give irresponsible reply about the status update...instead of solving the complaint they are advising me to choose other courier service in future..I don't think that the official mangement will never know about this...This type of branches will ruin the reputation of brand DTDC
