Very poor service. I haven’t received my parcel till today. Instead of delivering to Mizoram, it shows that it was delivered in Ludhiana.

Worst service ever. They lost an expensive sensor of my electric bike's motor. Nobody in DTDC takes responsibilty of lost parcels. Unfortunately, my bike is now useless without the sensor. (My loss - Rs 1,16,000)

It is very poor tracking system . After despatching four days I cannot track my consignment. In future I will not send any consignment in DTDC.

Very worst experience with DTDC courier it is showing its delivered but I haven't received very bad staff who does not pick the call or respond to the watsapp msg
