Very bad service

Exelent service, keep it up

I booked my package on 10/05/2024 at around 10.30am Friday, unfortunately till today on 15th may 2024 has not reached. Tracking is not showing beyond pick up. Very horrible.

Consignment number D91376745 Showing on DTDC SITE material delivered but material in DTDC godown. DTDC service providers persons say to me fill to form and pay some amount to this number 6003648624

Very Late delivery even if booked by Air, Pune to Bangalore 3days for delivery. By bus it could have come in 18hrs. Difficult to rely on this DTDC service

very poor Service

Highly disappointing. Parcel remains unmoved over days. Parcel booked at chapra city on Saturday 9 am has not reached 65 km away Patna destination even by 8 am on Wednesday 15 May 24. Tracking no. K65570677 Will never book with dtdc again.

Customer care also not responding

IN EARLY TIME DTDC IS VERY FAST AND NOW TOTALLY GHATIA COURIER BECAUSE ONE OF MY GOODS NOT RECEIVED TILL TODAY AND TRACKING SHOWS SAMHALKHA DELHI AFTER THAT TRACKING CAN NOT UPDATE STILL IAM NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS

Very bad service

I have sent three articles from Howrah to Delhi, two out of three reached within 24 hours, but the third one after three days it is still showing in transit

Horrible service and uncourteous persons

Seriously don’t use DTDC it’s worst then worst try speed post or India post but never use DTDC
