Very worst behaviour and response from dtdc dange chowk branch staff Mr. Nilesh kadam and Gaikwad (two persons), I am not give single star. The two staffs are working there, and received my parcel on 26/11/24 at 3 pm from Pune to Chennai, my Consignment no: D34349425. Nilesh promised me to send the parcel photo, that's why I paid full amount before packing and left from office. I called that day evening he said will send later, again I called him, he said parcel sent to vehicle for shipping and I disappointed little bit and asked him this is not right way, as you promised you have to do like that, this is not mean customer satisfaction, suddenly he said you take your parcel return, I have 1 lakh customers, so I no need to give proper response for single customer like you, he replied me and will get photo tomorrow within 11 am, but not, and not received my call, no response. I received my parcel on 04/12/24, 8th day (delay), with 3 holes (rat bitten), inside materials damaged, plastic containers, glass bottles, dustbin damaged. What is this? Why I need pay 4510/- for 41 kg, he promised me material is safely packed, and never damage. Then what is this? Now I am making calls, there is no response, see how DTDC doing this types of shipment. I totally disappointed and do not suggest DTDC in future. Chennai DTDC staffs also, said you just call Pune branch and inform them about my box hole and damaged materials. I need my delay cost and damaged materials cost. And give proper training to DTDC Dange chowk staffs to behave to (single) customer, because nobody make a rich man suddenly (as per Nilesh statement: he never give response for Single customer instead of 1 lakh customers). He(Nilesh) calculated volumetric weight of my parcel (L×B×W) ÷ 4750. actually he want to divide by 5000. But this is also not fair.
