Courier boys are rude and uncultured. They knowingly not delivering the parcel at the doorstep, and calling to collect the same at their own location which is unacceptable.

They didn't try calling me when they tried to deliver and is still waiting waiting for the courier. I called and asked them when they will deliver and they said yesterday and I'm yet to receive it

Tracking is not up to even the standards set by the government owned speed post. On the map it shows Salem but in the tracking still Ganapati
