Pathetic service they don't even update their tracking. Today is 19th June and latest update is of 16 th June.. Their customers executive take a call but don't utter a single word, they just waste your time..

Worst service. Instead of delivering the parcel traking showed "customer not available " Customer service was not available. Next day received parcel after calling customer service. But the agent refused to come upstairs and asked us to collect from main gate. Mr Rajesh is the agent.
