Very worst service parcel not reached on tym instead not able to track properly also wn I called for customer care they redirected to some other person he is also not responding properly instead i feel something they try to cheat me asking to download something which they sent on wtsapp not sure how safe it's now a days very worst service

Worst ever experience, shipment is pending from last 22.05.24 still no status of the shipment. Your customer support the worst, children crying back there while I called on your customer care. God knows how u are doing this.

Very bad service and staff is also careless

It takes 6 days to get a 6kg packet from Chennai to Bengaluru. Without visiting your house it will report Delivery failed as Door is locked for 3 days . Without attempting to deliver it says out for delivery and you will be waiting till 6 50pm to see Door locked message. After 7pm no one will pick your call.. This will go on for 4 days.

Took extra charges in name of express delivery promising delivery in 1 day but delivered after 4 days It’s pure doing wrong business activities.

Such a worst response from the logistics 20 days over no delivery Done how many days still required to deliver, I have never seen such worst logistics services,,,and no updates also further
