The service is very bad and not working well in time. It takes its own time for all purposes

The worst service. Actually no service. They are just collecting money and parcel and doing whatever. May be sending through Indian post.

Very very worst service .too late reach destination,they never say before sending the parcel.dont go for DTDC service.

it is one of the worst service which dtdc is doing just from Mughalsarai to kolkata it takes more than five days and still I didn't get my parcel. It's my humble request to the public don't use this service there is a lot's of options already available in the market who takes only two to three days and the charges are also very low.

Very bad service, Lko to Gurugram takes 4 to 5-6 days, sent on 22 May and not delivered till date I e 25May 4pm

Parcel of 2 kg from lucknow to Gurugram given in Lucknow on 22 May 3 pm, today on 25th at 2pm not reached at destination, very poor service

We are booked parcel at 24/05/2024 from Delhi to thane Mumbai in emergency case but yet we are not recieved. Help line bargaining the request charges for fast delivery ?? Consignment number V85047863

Worst courier services. Delivery agent rejects the delivery by himself without even contacting the customer and their customer care number is never reachable. It’s been more than 15 days and product still shows out of delivery but no further update. Customer care service is far worst
