The delivery boy was saying that you will have to go to Deeg which is 15 kilometers away from my house. I had given the money for the package delivery at my house. How far is this, what is the way to go.

Slower than Snell we choose courier service for fast and urgent delivery service than transport but here totally opposite.

Worst service I've ordered on Sunday but after I asked after three days only they dispatched, said you'll receive soon ...

My axis bank parcel D01990682 was not delivered to me as scheduled today on 22nd May 2024. I called customer care and they informed me that my mobile number was not updated, where infact I had given all details including my phone number correctly. Instead of customer care informing me of the whereabouts about my package, I get a call from an unknown number, the guy on this number states that my mobile number is not updated with them, so I need to update on a link which will follow and pay rs 3. I did not do this as it was an unknown number, this i think is a scam where once you click on the link and pay Rs 3 they might empty your bank account. Be cautious when dealing with them.

This courier service is a joke. The tracking number is given but the parcel has not been registered. I still haven't recieved my parcel even after 20 days which in reality is a week for other services

3rd class sarvic. 10 day not delivered and back to source and any update

Very disgusting behaviour from DTDC staff at New Colony Branch Sopore. I had to leave an important official meeting and collect my parcel even though the delivery was within 2km range. The reply from staff was so rude. The reply was "Go and talk to the person who has sent you this parcel. We are owners here and we will not deliver it".
