DTDC have very bad service,last 4days I have not received my parcel ,not seen such bad service so far ,hope to get parcel soon .will never use DTDC

Seriously very very bad services.its almost 20 days still my courier has not delIvered to party.now i am totally lose my temper.is there any complaint no.for filing the complaint.

Awful service.. the package was supposed to be delivered 4 days back and haven't still recieved it.. no Phone numbers are working.. all available phone numbers are switched off. There's no ownership of communication. I am never using their service again now because this is the second instance where they did same thing. Horrible service

Worst service late delivery even it's a speed delivery option. They costs for speed delivery and the delivery they are making it as normal delivery method

Never saw this type of worst service my parcel is not delivery after 7 days ,before 4 days ago out of delivery but still they not gate Don't believe on DTDC don't use this

Very bad service ,book on 14th may from Saharanpur to Kolkata, doket no D85115136 , still not delivered, today is 18th. Batter service received from Indian Post . DTDC now very poor and bad service.

Very bad experience for the first time..sent items to Guwahati..but they didn't even contact to the receiver and sent back to me and told recipient denied to collect the items.. second time again repeating the same... What is this?

My parcel was booked on 14 May 2024 from Bijnor to deliver the same at Moradabad but till date neither the parcel delivered nor any information given to sender's as well as receiver.

A very bad experience, booked my parcel and they received it on 8th May , it's 17th may today and still not delivered!!!!!!
