Bed manner not pick the call medicine despatch in delhi not rech in times very bad responsibility dtdc

Worst experience no support no reply I choose premium for my courier it's been 4 days and my parcel is still not reached why the hell did I paid 4x too make faster never using this bad company again for my couriers and don't recommend to anyone either

One of the worst service ever, when call for the parcel they refer me to some other contact and said need to register your address to receive the parcel and asking for money to delli er it faster, sending link to enter card details saying their server is down and why the hell is my fault when your own server is down...and when I requested the service the address must have mention and why is it asking for new registration when the parcel have reach to your warehouse....

Dear dtdc team, I have worst experience and in future I will not send any parcel by dtdc. On dated 9.5.24 I sent one parcel from neemrana to Jaipur and yesterday on 11.5.24 it is shown as delivered while seeing in tracking record whereas it is not delivered physically.
