Poor service, high charging

Parcel is damaged and items in the packet are missing, no action taken from company till now.

Worst and delay delivery.

Such a worstest courier service providers. No one answers the call nor bothers. Its been 3 days i haven’t received my parcel which was sent with in Hyderabad. Waste u guys dont even deserve 1 star. How pathetic and worst and worstest dtdc never ever use this service ever again

delivery person at harassed my old father & mother..they stayed at salt lake karunamoyee residence..telling them to come down through staircase..my father has problem at leg..he cannot walk properly..

Worst service as fraudsters are sitting at franchisee of dtdc . They provide receipt with incomplete information intentionally while booking and refuse any claim if something bad happens with your courier on the basis of receipt .

Very bad service my parcel was about to reach in 2-3 days but it is very slow it does not reached till now

Pathetic is the word to describe, even this is a very high term to describe them , they don't even deserve a single star, worst than that. They have not delivered my parcel and continued showing either address not available or sometimes as refused delivery which is totally false. They have neither given any call or attempted to deliver the item.
