Would like to give 0 star but option not available, horrible experience very slow service

Parcel number Z38642361 Delhi to jodhpur Parcel booked on 1st april and not deliverd Till date 07 april

Dtdc service is very very slow

I hav not received my parcel

Zero stars In 5 days parcel has only moved 45 kms. Is DTDC guy coming to deliver on foot? Tracking updates are 2 days old Today is 7 th April and it is only showing progress till 5th April Speed post is Faster and better even being a govt. Company

It's very urgent please send my percel at tomorrow

31st of March parcel was booked by dtdc express already its 7th stil not reached the destination. Service is very poor normal courier would have delivered by this time

Sent a Document from Delhi to Mumbai on 03 Apr. After four days it has changed four locations within Delhi only. On 7 Apr it shows at Samlakha. This courier service should not be used.

My parcel has been rescheduled for a whole week. Seriously, why on earth would anything cause such a delay?

Order number 7D102836526 showing as delivered, but I not received my order

I have paid extra for fast delivery, but they are taking more than average time. It is better to use postal services they are better than DTDC, your services are slow, shame on you, taking extra money and noy fulfilled ther requirment, better to go and beg rather than looting our money. Very unprofessional, idiots

Very very worst courier service I ever seen before...I have send a medicine for one kidney patient almost 7 days gone still not reached tracking id-C40243662. I made a very big mistake choosen this courier service.
