They never comes to door stop by giving excuses that we could not find your address and then deliver after our call. Ridiculous experience.

They have holiday Saturday and Sunday both days, emergency cases don’t use DTDC, they take longer than usual

All useless DTDC courier services,zero star. If a man on foot would have carried a courrier from greater Noida to Allahabad had delivered it ,but DTDC couldn't delivered it the item despatched on 2nd of April till today.False people,false service is DTDC. It's a zero service agency.
