Worst service. Ordered on 08.3.2024. Not delivered even after five days to just 250km far destination

Pathetic and Very poor service .Booked a parcel from Delhi on 6th Feb Reached destination on 9th Feb at Poona but not delivered yet. Customer care number agents are just for name sake. Plz don't book parcels from DTDC.. Humble request to everybody

WORST COURIER SERVICE. PARCEL SENT ON 06/03/2024 FROM CHANDIGARH TO GURDASPUR.ONLINE SHOWS DELIVERED ON 08/03/2024. RECEVIED ON 11/03/2024 AFTER SO MANY CALLS.
