Terrible service. Normal delivery from Vadodara to Mumbai is two days. My document was sent on 4th March and is still in transit. What a shame for calling yourselves as a courier company. Even a registered or speed post would reach faster. I wanted to rate it as 1/4 star but there is no option for this.
