Such a poor service, the local delivery person says due to high deliverables your parcel couldn't be delivered but updated the status as not delivered as person not available. When raised a complaint,the customer care person speaks so rudely...very poor service

Third grade courier service, They don’t intent to deliver the product.. they kept my product with them for more than 10 days .. still undelivered ..

Worst service provider. In earlier occasion too some of the vendors used service was bad and in couple of cases was delivered to a wrong address

I have given one consignment for hubli Karnataka ...but they have sent to Kolkata.... It's been 5days they not updated n not delivered that... I have booked express but they missed it

Courier booked on 01/02 am is still not being shown as Registered on portal on 03/02. Very poor service even after charging exorbitant charges. Sad state of affairs.
