Freight reaching to the delivery base destination on right time..But the local delivery is not happening and they are asking us to come and pick up the parcel from the office...otherwise it would have send back to the origin to the sender this is what they said..

An utterly disappointing experience with DTDC! It took a mind-boggling 7 days for a mere 25 km delivery. Such inefficiency is simply unacceptable. Rest assured, I will never again entrust my parcels with DTDC. Their lack of promptness and professionalism is truly disheartening. Consider this a warning to all those who value timely service and reliability – steer clear of DTDC at all costs!
