The service is very poor. Without going to the address and calling the receiver, DTDC has claimed that the address is wrong and returned the parcel. I regret my decision of choosing DTDC.

There is no estimated delivery date or time in the tracking. For fast delivery they are charging 2 times cost, but still delivers at normal speed.
