These days delivery is not on time When we contact customer care they are also not supportive.i have been a regular customer from last 5 years but sorry to say service is getting poor Higher management l look into your service

Very worst service, status shows as item has been delivered and one person name also mentioned as receiver but we didn't receive item, tried to call customer service and they told it's in hub and not delivered also we are not responsible for that you have to contact your area courier office. If they have updated correct status as in hub or in transit, we can directly reach and get that item by vist directly From Chennai to Bangalore they are asking 800rs per kg, after payment they informed me that item will be delivered on Saturday but still it's Monday evening, not yet delivered

I was about to got fraud in the name of DTDC. Some one from DTDC called me up and said my parcel has been kept on hold due to incorrect address and asked me to pay 3 rupees only. I immediately called up the DTDC branch ( Mumbra ) they told me to not pay any money and collect the parcel from office. I thank to those 3 ladies of Mumbra DTDC branch.

Consignment No B24148007 Booked on 17th Feb today 26th Feb till date not delivered, when booking time within 2 Days delivery they are promised 700km distance only. Really so sad tell this useless DTDC service, they finally telling not possible to delivery location are address. Worest service of DTDC
