Worst service by DTDC, my parcel is on hold without any reason.

Worst service ever, my package is missed, and when contacted they are asking for all confidential bank details for sending back, and when we asked for there address so we can go and pick he cut the call

Worst delivery guy his contact number8546919564 he asked me to come to another location which is far away from delivery address also he is very rude guy and psycho person.

Best courier service.Ignore negative reviews.Sometimes blunders happen but as a regular customer I am happy with the service.

Very upset with the service. The parcel is kept at Yelahanka hub for no reason for one day. Simply not processed and unnecessarily delayed delivery.

Very bad service...it's been 7 days and I have not received the parcel from Kerala to Gujarat. It has medicines in it. Last time also happened the same..very bad service
