DTDC reviews

I ordered my item on 24-09-24 but it shows my courier was delivered on 09-09-24. How its possible. Mistake is from whose end is it courier service or else online business person. I don't know where it happened

Very bad experience, I have ordered a parcel on 19 September but it shows delivery on 9 September. What a service

Very very worst service of this courier. My shipment is received at Vapi on 18.09.24 from ludhiyana just in 3 days. And from Vapi to Silvassa for a distance of 20 kms , still waiting for me on 27.09.24. 10 days are over I have never seen before. Two times messaged me the shipment is out for delivery and at night they inform that the service is unavailable. If the service is unavailable then why they collected shipment from Ludhiyana. Such a worst service and no transparent updates. Now showing the shipment is delivered. Ha ha ha ha

Worst courier service,I haven't receive any call ,nothing... N I haven't receive my package yet.n the status is showing delivered. It was about to come from Deldi to dimapur/Nagaland.

We had sent a parcel on 25th sep 24 . But on the next day it shows delivered on 9th Sep 24 where's ee booked on 25th sep. What a horrible programming by DTDC.

Very poor service I ordered on 10 September .On Monday 21 september I received a message that your parcel is out for delivery but Iater I received another message that receiver shifted the address but I am not change my address. I complaint many times to customer care but no response. Today 27 september,I still waiting for parcel

Waste service,you epople will collect cost for door delivery but your agents will not deliver and they will keep consignmenet office only then once we reach their offics as enquiry they will ask us to carry the parcel such a hilarious expierience

I haven't received my order,it has been three weeks. I really hope the agent works on it and give their best service. And the location is also showing showing a wrong one. By the way, have anyone received their parcels these days?

I ordered an items through DTDC@the costs of₹6885/and tried track my items under7x9332325 .Unfortunately it’s showing delivered!!! What an excited response

Horrible service…. I sent something from delhi to Kolkata one week before.I mentioned proper location also.They told me it will take 1 week only.Now one delivery guy called me yesterday and told me mam collect your delivery from our office.First of all I mentioned delivery location also than why he told me to collect the order from their office.Which is too far from my mentioned location(mini 7-8km).And The delivery use abuse language also. This is horrible experience from DTDC.DTDC is a big courier company and the delivery person’s behaviour is very cheap.You should take action against him.Because,The delivery boy is face of the every company.
