Ambikapur to Bhilai within one state booked on 3 feb still not received on 10 feb very poor service

DTDC, you are a pathetic excuse for a courier service! You should not be in this business! You have zero value for your customers time and money!

Most terrible service! I booked a parcel from Kollam in Kerala, to Chennai before 1pm on 7th January. Their tracking shows the booking to have been made post 6pm! Why?!!! Their tracking system doesn't work. Their call centre is useless. I made 2 calls. They are also clueless about the exact location of the parcel and are not ashamed to tell you that! I was promised a call back within 4 hours with details about where my parcel was. That never happened. I asked to speak to their supervisor. I was told that he was on a call and would get back to me. That also never happened! Today is the 10th of Jan and their tracking says my parcel is still at Cochin waiting to leave for Chennai! It's around 140 kms from Kollam to Cochin. It's taken 3 days to cover this distance! And they call themselves a courier service!! Pathetic! Shameless people!

Very very poor service.not satisfied

Very very impolite and rude behaviour by the customer support, when I asked the DTDC courier has to be delivered today but those guys your address is not updated so we can't deliver and disconnected the call

Real good service. It arrived at the expected time. DTDC can extend their services to closer places or should receive the parcel saying that they won't home deliver. Anyways.... good services but I had to go to the Office and collect it. Thank you.

Worst delivery service

Very bad service 2 days my order not picked very late and I am talking costumer care afternoon 3pm and again I am call evening 7pm call that time not picking

No-one called and said address is wrong

A bit disappointing service. Customer care is not professional. And also sends wrong notification that parcel is delivered even if not delivered.

GANDU AGENCY WORST SERVICE KINDLY CLOSE THIS SERVICE . Its a request!!!

Last time it was good, but my recent parcel is not on time

Beginning days of DTDC was very good, but now it becomes worst, no value for Time. I suffered many times in receiving, some cases we forced to collect things from their beach after waiting hours on road…!!
