I am putting 1 start because there is no option for negative stars. It was full of inconvenient that one day they marked undelivered because of incorrect address and the very other day they deliver without any address correction. The truth is they’re very lazy and couldn’t deliver on first day so they marked it as incorrect address. Address is more than enough mentioned. Even a child can find the address from the address we gave.

We prefer private delivery service because Indian Post office takes time but DTDC is worse. Post office is far better. It delivers much earlier. Never using DTDC again. Why waste time and money

I Haven't received my parcel till now. I got out for delivery message yesterday morning. It happened the same on my last delivery also. Worst experience. Very Bad Service

Worst service Booked an urgent parcel in plus service, parcel not delivered on time as committed. Won't ever use DTDC in future

They are doing the fraud work I called to know the status of my parcel ..they provided me a form after filling that all the money is deducted from my account and my phone was hacked...
