Very late process

7D9211744. This is my order number. Delivery not attempted. But DTDC courier Agent showing that delivery was attempted twice and I have refused delivery where as delivery was not attempted. This is absurd and false claim. We are waiting for this courier from last two days. Pathetic service and false update. Zero stars

I sent courier from Ratnagiri on 07th Dec 23 and delivered to Ulwe Navi Mumbai on 11th Dec 23. The courier was delivered smoothly without any issues.

Worst service ever, i didn't even get a call from the delivery agent and it's showing couldn't attempt. It's already 6days of delay and when I went to the location it's closed and no one picks up the call.. just fed-up with this

Worst courier service I have ever seen.. booked my parcel on 7th December 2023 to Pune and the parcel out for delivery on 12th December 2023 it tooks total 5days to reach Pune.. the parcel is very urgent that's why I booked DTDC, and thought your service is faster than other couriers but not satisfied with your poor service
