Worst service ever. My parcel was delivered from ghaziabad on 6th but still I didn't get the parcel yet.

If there would have been an option of minus rating I would have given that. Worst delivery service .. the delivery agent does not make an effort to call and just update recipient not available on given address. Have not received a parcel for last 1 month.
