Very bad experience... Parcel from Pune to Assam on 30/12/2023 and still in Nagpur till now.. promised will reach by 6/12/2023 but still in Maharashtra after 5 days.. pathetic.

Very bad service. I don’t know why Amazon has chosen this courier agency. My item delivery is due tomorrow. Tracking status is showing till 2 December.
