Super Disappointed services. Haven’t delivered my parcel yet and showing delivered status in tracking details . I would never suggest DTDC courier service. Called at customer care so many times but didn’t get any response. I couriered my parcel 24th nov and its not yet delivered to receiver address.

Too much bad service and too much late

Delivery not attempted and message received no reply from customer. Terrible service.

Horrible Service and Horrible Delivery Agent. A big liar and inefficient staff.

THere is nothing awesome about your service. Your rajpura branch is a hopeless one. You should dismiss the person in charge and appoint a new officer. I had a consignment from kerala booked in the month of October and ot went to Ludhiana instead of coming to barnala. When called the rajpura office that person had never attended my call in spite i.made several attempts. The. The parcel went back. I booked it again. It reached rajpura on 14th of November. Till now it has not been directed for barnala office.

Courier has been sent on the 29Nov still I haven't received parcel it shows out for delivery

The parcel was supposed to reach within 3 days I paid for flight

Very poor service. The parcel is not delivered yet they wrongly update that it has been delivered.
