Such a pathetic service, My parcel had been stucked from last 2 days in the Faridabad depot, but till not deliver yet, even after so many followups from customer care didn't get any positive response.

I am extremely disappointed with DTDC, I had booked a consignment on 30/11/23 with DTDC express after paying rs.650/ for Kerala,one of their fraud and oversmart staff member Francis, mobile number 9137139836,convinced me that my package would definitely be delivered within 48 hours,now Francis is saying that it will be delivered on Monday because the address mentioned is not in the main city, didn't Francis know this while accepting the booking and taking my hard earned rs.650/,my only word of caution to anyone who wishes to use DTDC is please be very careful and also beware of Francis,my consignment number:- M34399961
