very poor service. Fraud company.They return the parcel without any reason mentioning it a wrong address. Surprisingly the mobile number printed on customer slip is in valid. Even after raising a complain the issue doesn't get resolved.They don't even allow you to receive the parcel at their counter . I hope there was an option to rate it as zero

Service is very bad, and totally damage The parsal,DTDC service is very bad and couriers do not reach on time,And the condition of the courier they have given has deteriorated completely,I would also like to tell all of you that considering the service of DTDC, you should not order courier from here

Unsafe !! These people will share mobile number to the frauds . By the name f courier frauds will call nd ask courier charge by sending the link .if we login, then that's it . ur full money will go

Fake customer care.. and asking to pay extra money... for the delivery.. so be careful will calling calling customer care...
