DTDC takes too much time to deliver the parcel. They don't even deliver the courier to home. They call us and asks us to collect it from their office. When we visit their office they don't even behave in respectful way.

Whats the use by give 2 times higher amount and still land up the same 2 days delivery ? It better to pay normal amount

I booked a consignment on 22nd November 23 for Melbourne vide no N 22585529.This is yet to reach destination even after 9 days.The service appears to be slow.

Really worst delivery service provider..in the name of dtdc express they are just cheating n fooling the people..I would lyk yo give even 1 star....ridiculous

Worst service doing fake updation,without attempting the delivery they are doing wrong updations as customers refused to give kyc,for home delivery they will update as office closed,after providing the contact number also not delivered sent back the shipment,contains medicines
