Where is my Parcel - D77212873

Parcel was not delivered on expected date, it not reached even after 2 days. Costed me 450 rs and remarks they updated that where parcel was to be delivered that is closed . Fake remark. Worst DTDC service

Sach a bad experience order is not yet come and showing that "reached at destination" and no customer care also

Hello I am writing this message to you to express my frustration with the delivery of my order. I placed my order on 21 November 2023 and was expecting my order to arrive by 27 November 2023. However, it has now been over 5 days since my order was placed, and there has been no sign of it yet. I am very disappointed with the delivery delay, and I would like to know what is going on. I would appreciate if you could please provide me with an update on the status of my order, and whether or not I will be receiving it in time for my B'day. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

They always deliver the goods by sabotaging them, they never deliver the goods safely.

Pathetic staff service

I don’t think so, this is a courier service company.. it looks like a fraudulent company. I was expecting a parcel however I didn’t received it and when I called the customer care, they are saying my parcel is on hold. Where my name and address is incorrect. The one who sent the parcel for me clearly mentioned my name and contact no with address. But still the courier company is saying address is incorrect..

very poor service. on tracking the courier has been received in city but showing in complete address. I tried to call them but their number in invalid. Even the number provided on the customer slip is wrong. customer care number is non functional. pathetic and fraud company

Most poor service they can't deliver a parcel from Moradabad to Delhi in one day, two days, three days.... Tracking not updated for days

I haven't received my parcel yet but from your end it shows delivered. How is it possible without getting happy code from a customer.

And they sead to me your office is closed but this is my home address so fack Then I was calling 8 times into customer care but not resolved.sameless Don't book any courier hear..no one here for problem solver
