The worst delivery service ever.

Too much unsatisfied. Booked the parcel on 20th November at around 11am but it is not yet reached the destination at Patna.

Worst service, @ Khanna-DTDC misbehave with me didn’t deliver the parcel to me even argued with and kept 04 days with them my parcel without delivery . 6th day told me that my packet was returned to Hub, u go and collect from Rajpura , when I reached Rajpura hub the manager there intimate me that the parcel was still at Khanna branch. The err-responsible person at Khanna branch harassed me too much. Parcel is very important for my company it’s delayed delivery losses me more than 1 lakh due to halt in my production. Very very poor management service totally harassment and upset.

It tooks month to deliver, wether its far or near, and without any care, all the stuffs get spoil , and damage

They didn't call and cancelled the order.

Worst courier service, package says delivered but yet to receive. Tried calling customer service but no response and even someone picks the call they sound like a potential fraud.

Worst courier service ever.. While talking to customer care number.. They asking for extra money i have to pay for parcel deliver.. This is worst service ever.. And also tney are asking for my google pay or phone pay.
