Worst experience ever....my parcel returned because of DTDC worst service....very worst courier and fraud company..because of them I tried their call centre numbers several times but useless ...you are very useless guys...my Diwali gift returned because of you....shame on u ...u wasted my time..wasted my happy dipawali moments...

Bad courier service

Very bad service. Literally the parcel was delivered to another person with no attempts to redeem themselves. Had to get the parcel myself. Really very bad service. In fact the site offers no help n tracking your order is next to impossible. Pathetic service.

One’s of the worst courier company ever DTDC worst service , worst service , worst customer support. About 25 day ago I couldn’t get my parcel.

Very bad service. Courier person and customer do not speak properly and do not answer. Although the courier is at Goregaon office on November 6, I have not received it yet. Tracking number : M34006986 There is a lot of unnecessary sercice.
